During my gourmet getaway at Bioenergy Resort Salinera, I couldn't resist pampering my palate with the best salt from the Adriatic Sea, paired with the world-renowned organically farmed sea bass from the Fonda family. the culinary experience here was a delightful journey through the flavors of the Mediterranean, accentuated by the excellent prosciutto and locally sourced vegetables, including delicious fruit from the valley of the Dragonja river. Indulging in the wide range of pizzas, crafted with recipes unchanged for over 40 years, was a true culinary adventure. the restaurant's ambiance perfectly complemented the dining experience, offering a serene setting to savor each mouthful. For breakfast, the buffet offered a variety of options catering to those who appreciate quantity. the innovative culinary specialties combined with the tranquil surroundings created a harmonious dining experience that I won't soon forget.
